📋 Enrollment Process

We are excited to welcome your family to TreasureLand! To ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Virtual Tour & Inquiry

  • Schedule a virtual tour (Watch us Grow) online or by phone.

  • Meet our staff and explore our virtual learning environment.

  • Receive an information packet and ask questions.

Step 2: Submit Application & Sign the Parent Contract Agreement

  • Complete the Enrollment Application (available online).

  • Include the following documents:

    • Child’s birth certificate

    • Updated immunization record

    • Parent/Guardian ID

    • Recent physical

  • Pay the non-refundable annual Application/Registration Fee: $125

Step 3: Family Interview (Optional but Recommended)

  • Meet with our director to discuss your child’s needs, routines, and goals.

  • Share any concerns, allergies, or accommodations.

Step 4: Acceptance & Welcome Packet

  • Upon acceptance, you’ll receive:

    • Confirmation of your child’s start date

    • Parent/Family Handbook

    • Tuition agreement and payment options

    • Supply list and classroom assignment

Step 5: Complete Required Forms

Submit all required documents before your child’s first day:

  • Emergency Contact Form

  • Medication Authorization (if applicable)

  • Media Release

  • Transportation Permission (if applicable)

  • Signed Parent Handbook Acknowledgement

Step 6: Orientation & First Day

  • Attend a brief family orientation or virtual welcome session.

  • Introduce your child to their teacher and classroom.

  • Begin their TreasureLand journey with confidence and joy!
