Supporting TreasureLand’s Mission Through Collective Impact
At TreasureLand, we believe that lasting change in early childhood education and family support begins with strong community collaboration. The Community Lead Coalition Team is a diverse group of local leaders, professionals, and advocates who come together to support the mission, vision, and growth of TreasureLand.
Our Purpose:
The Coalition serves as an advisory and action-oriented body that helps guide and strengthen TreasureLand’s programs, partnerships, and community impact. Through shared knowledge and resources, we work to enhance services for children and families and foster a culture of inclusion, excellence, and innovation.
Key Roles of the Coalition Team:
Community Advocacy: Promote awareness of early childhood needs and support equitable access to quality care.
Strategic Partnerships: Build meaningful collaborations with schools, healthcare providers, nonprofits, military organizations, and local businesses.
Program Support: Advise on curriculum enrichment, family engagement, and wraparound services.
Resource Mobilization: Assist in identifying funding opportunities, grants, and in-kind contributions.
Inclusive Leadership: Ensure that diverse voices—especially those of families, educators, and underrepresented groups—are heard and valued.
Members May Include:
