At TreasureLand STEAM Academy, we believe parents should have the opportunity to stay connected to their child’s daily experiences. To support this, we record classroom activities each day so families can share in their child’s learning, growth, and development.

Purpose of Recordings

• To provide parents with insight into their child’s learning journey.

• To strengthen the home–school connection by allowing families to celebrate milestones and progress.

• To support documentation of educational activities.

Privacy & Security

• All recordings are stored securely in a password-protected system.

• Access is granted only to authorized parents/guardians of enrolled children.

• Videos will not be shared publicly, used for marketing, or distributed outside of the TreasureLand community without written parental consent.

Limitations

• Recordings are intended for family viewing only and may not be duplicated, downloaded, or shared on social media.

• The Academy reserves the right to suspend or limit recording access if policies are not followed.
